In the area of Food Microscopy, Waltking Associates is able to provide photo-micro-graphic images of
your food and related products or their components utilizing SEM, TEM, Confocal, Fluorescent and
Polarized Light Microscopes. Art Waltking can personally help you understand the effects of
processing, aging or thermal abuse on the microstructure of your products.
In the area of Analytical Method Certifications, Art Waltking has expertise in the development of
methods for the analysis of food and related products and their transition, through collaborative
evaluation to a method accepted as an Official Method of AOAC or AOCS.
In addition to food science, over the last 30 years, Art Waltking has developed
a unique expertise in equity analysis by charting stock holdings using the
classical point and figure charting technique. This technique provides
a clearer picture of consolidations, accumulations, channels and breakouts.
From the patterns generated, a more probable projection of the future price action
becomes evident. While the past action of a stock cannot guarantee a follow
through in the future, Art can train you to develop and interpret your own point
and figure charts to potentially increase your success ratio.
